How do I get the playlist link? +
On YouTube, open the playlist, tap Share, then Copy link. On a computer you can copy the address from the browser; it has list= in it. A video link with list= in it works too.
Can I export all the videos on a channel? +
Yes. Paste the channel's link, like youtube.com/@name, to list its videos (up to the newest 1,000). Paste its Shorts or Live tab to list those instead.
What formats can I export? +
Video titles, titles with links, a numbered list, or a CSV with title, channel, length, views and link for Excel and Google Sheets.
Is there a limit? +
Playlists come through with up to 3,000 videos and channels with their newest 1,000. Private and deleted videos in a playlist are skipped and counted.
Does it work with private playlists, Watch Later or Liked videos? +
No. The playlist has to be public or unlisted. Watch Later and Liked videos are private to your account, so copy them into a new playlist first.
Can I get the transcripts of the videos? +
Yes, one at a time: open a video's link in the YouTube Transcript tool.
